Ensuring I show a top quality apartment with all the latest mod cons and designer furniture was of utmost importance to me, particularly in the up and coming cosmopolitan Manchester! I can safely say that Julie and the team provided me with exactly what I wanted. 
 
From the start I gave Julie an extremely detailed brief, from furniture types to colours and textures and I can honestly say that she embraced the challenge and exceeded my expectations on most, if not all fronts. This demonstrates her passion for giving the customer what they want and I will never forget that.
 
I believe the service speaks for itself in terms of not only how happy I am with the end product, but also the fact that my apartment has never been empty since I started letting it.

However it is Akeel Butt I wish to particularly draw to your attention and to compliment.

He turned up on time, fully prepared with copies of the details for each property (unlike any other agent viewings we had on Saturday!). He was very knowledgeable on the properties and on each location. He gave good professional advice to my wife who had some concerns about safety in areas of a city with which she is totally unfamiliar.
 

Whilst the above was impressive, it was his dedication to the customer, which was exceptional. His uncle had passed away in the early hours of the morning and rather than take leave he had honoured his commitment to us, realising that no one else would have been free to show us the properties. Although he clearly needed to go back home as soon as possible in no way did he rush our viewings and completed a very professional and guided tour.   
 

We had another viewing planned for Sunday afternoon and Akeel had the initiative to phone me on Sunday morning to point out the local football derby would create crowd problems after 3 pm and to suggest an earlier viewing.
